Vumatel - shocking service

From browsing though other reviews - Vumatel should be used to this by now. I would be better dealing with a Govt Dept. I have never had such pathetic service as with Vumatel - you guys clearly give a **** about your clientele. We have no choice but to take to social media platforms as I have done already.

Anybody reading this - if you are needing a Service provider pick anyone but Vumatel - **** poor service!!!
