vumatel services sucks
I have paid for Internet services 2 months ago even today no 1 is able to help me even when I request for my refund, I am still waiting but nothing. This company is ****ming people everyday. Their WhatsApp line always get new agent and always open new tickets which they expire without resolving the issue. Now am even thinking to waste more money to go to their offices which am not sure are existing for real
