Vumatel services

Dear Vumatel, firstly your service is absolutely appalling in service Delivery , we in Durban phoenix KZN area (Sunford) do not have Internet for the past 3 days , we log a complaint on your website no avail , we chat to an agent no avail I'm not sure if it's a bot responding , nevertheless we don't have internet for 3 days. With no prior warning ⚠️ that is maintenance happening I have drove to sites were firbe lines are there are no technicians working on it , this is impacting my business, my kids schooling my liveilhood in a big way I need to know how soon will this issue be resolved , ? Must we find an alternative service provider it's an ongoing issue with vumatel. Please provide me with pictures I would like to see which technicians are working. As proof please respond who will compensate us for the loss of business? Are we going to be pro rata for the days that was no service rendered, my wife also teaches classes aboard there is no internet how can she do her job ?
