Vumatel services

I feel that vuma is unprofessional, i struggled calling in and told my queries are escalated without any feedback. I paid for the service which vuma decided to install my wifi elsewhere and never connected me to inform me their where installing what i paid for elsewhere. I feel de*****ed by the company and i never get any feedback when promised deadlines. My query has been ongoing since December the 28th until now i get empty promises and no feedback. I waste my airtime trying to get assistance from the company which the company doesn't realy care. I stand defeated and don't think they will do anything because they simply don't care.
