Vumatel Service- Terrible!
I've been waiting 5 months for someone from installations to call me. Every time I call Vumatel they say I have to wait for installations. I've been waiting almost half a year!!! There are installation teams right now on my street, a few houses away.
This is ridiculous. No one from Vumatel can or wants to help me. I called now and they said call again on Monday.
Vumatel clearly does not care about customers or customer service.
