Vumatel service sucks

Vumatel service sucks! We have had no internet for 2 days. According to the ISP Vox the issue lies with Vumatel! However Vumatel don’t have support Any-longer. How the @&$) does one get an issue resolved! Whenever you call Vox they waste your time!
