Vumatel service sucks

Why do we have to be held to ransom by these big companies who promise the world and then arrogantly deliver zero. My service provider mweb has tried for 5 weeks to get my fibre connected..vumatel installer with no other options for me to go to another fibre supplier..2 weeks max promiced for connection...here we are 5 weeks later and not even a call...and can't even get through to anyone as all call centre..VUMATEL your service sucks...and what is worse you dont seem to care
