Vumatel Service Sucks.

A call was logged on Saturday 23 May and i was told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Then i got a call this morning from a guy who said he would be at my house at 3pm this afternoon. Of course he is not here and no-one is responding to my whats app message.
