Vumatel service ROT

I would like to express my disgust with the treatment I'm getting from vumatel associates webafrica, I m not sure why they allow this rot on their network.

I have a wifi ,home ,that I signed on. I was able to stream both on my mobile and ony android tv, but all of a sudden it's been a nightmare week to say the least.

I contacted vumatel to advice th this.They sente.technicians to be advised that theirs associates are limiting my connectivity , whch is not what I signed up for. I consultes webafrica who also blamed vuma tell fiber lines,, I'm so frustrated, with this blame game,no solutions. Also why are Vuma not removing these guys if they are doing such.. Ontop of this I learnt that I can't cancel n move to onother ISP WITHOUT CHARGES .SO *********

No I have not been connected, I spoke to webafrica the only thing they did is say my speed is ok and were happy to process my cancellation, but still can not connect even to steam YouTube, I'm only able to watch downloaded Netflix's
.
Frustrated coz I can't have service fr wat I paid for

For may be I am missing something,but how can you also say such ,, FYI my speed test say 0.10 mbs download speed, and 3.56mbs upload speed,, how can you as a telecom company even reply to me, like that, did you even test my line to see if I have stable connection .

I have been complaining the whole month now it's mid month , I have not had a single day of Good connection .. Common pple
