Vumatel service provider with no service
Beyond 1 star - terrible service non existent basically. If your fibre goes down over the weekend you are stuck. You cannot deal with Vumatel directly you have to go through your service provider Axxess in my case. Guess what - they don;t work over the weekend ??? A service company that cannot give you any service over the weekend ? And technical support - non existent. Disgusting service from both ! In 21st century we cannot run our business because of the incompetence of our suppliers. Over 48 hours and we are still with no internet. And no one can tell us when will it be fixed. Fault ISP-***

That should tell you how do I feel about the rest of service industry businesses . Besides being in service industry you are also technical one and that your technical department doesn't work over the weekend and your clients cannot EVER get hold of you is a disgusting business run.
