Vumatel service is trash don't signup with it
Vimatel is trash don't sign up with it.They switched off my wifi exactly a day before Xmas.I realized this when I tried connecting with my phone and it said CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET.I have joined vuma I think it's been a month and half now but it's been the worst service ever.Technicians have come to my apartment three times now to fix a faulty.The whole installation thing was faulty and they come to fix every time and again shut service I'm so passed

28 Dec 2022, 09:00Hi yes a ticket was logged but please speed up the process and send technicians to fix it asap .Reerence number is #105086 I'm loosing Money and clients because my wifi is disconnected I can't work.My adress is number 20 pretorius street Mokopane 0601 Limpopo .If it's not fixed this month I'm not paying this wifi next month on the first.I cant pay for a service I'm not using .I would rather find another service provider.
