Vumatel service is the worst ever

<p>I have been offline for 3 days now, and every time I call Vumatel support line I keep getting promises that my query has been escalated and a technician in my area will be sent. Vumatel seems not to care about their so called 24 - 48 hours turn around for fail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I regret moving to their service already and its not even a month after installation. High internet speed is good, but more important is being online all the time.</p>
