Vumatel service is the worst!

Vumatel is the service provider for my area, so I have no choice but to use Vumatel. My ISP provider is Mweb. My router and installation was completed on the 16/11/2021 and according to Mweb I should have been activated in 48 hours. I am still waiting on activation and according to Mweb its Vumatel that needs to activate my service. Vumatel has no contact numbers and their email addresses do not exist. I am not understanding how this is possible, no contact centres either. So much of money wasted in phone calls, trying to get activated. Cannot understand how Vumatel gets away with this.
