Vumatel service is terrible at best!!

Vumatel has a terrible service, I have been down almost the whole week and when I follow-up they tell me about escalations as if that will impress me as client, and if I ask a simple question why is this case not assigned to your technician because you have identified the issue is on the fibre, guess what nobody knows why. When a technician finally assigned arrangements are made and no show up and no communications. At best Vumatel services sucks! My telkom ADSL was way better then this!
