Vumatel Service is Simply disgusting

The most disgusting Service cannot hold up to SLA. I have been waiting for over a month for feedback on a new fibre line installation, it is ******** that Vuma is the only last mile in the area and they just don't care about their customers. I have never in my life seen such disregard for service delivery from a private business and they are still able to operate.
