Vumatel service is absolutely pathetic

I cannot believe the lack of communication that exists between an ISP and Vumatel. It is absolutely shocking to be honest. I am beyond frustrated because Vumatel acts as if the client needs them so they have all the power to determine whether or not you get a fibre line installed. I have had Vumatel technicians 3 times on my property already but I still don’t have a fibre line installed. I would assume that Vumatel does some background checks before contacting the client and sending out a technician.
