Vumatel service is a disappointment

Good day,

I'm so frustrated with the service I received from Vumatel. They installed the fibre last year were I used to stay and I moved and called Afrihost since I went through them because I have been their client for more than a decade now.

I was advised to cancel the line and apply for a new one to the place I was moving to and I did exactly that. After a week and half I contacted Afrihost and they excalated my query, then Vumatel called me to schedule the installation but I had to make payment first which I did on the 5th of December. Installation took place on the fifteenth after I emailed and fought.

On the nineteenth they debited R399 again I contacted them to find out why and they said because I didn't make payment. I told them I did and their rule is you pay first before they can do the installation. I sent them proof of payment but still haven't received my reimbur*****t.

I'm so disappointed with them and the service rendered was extremely poor. To this day no reimbur*****t or call to apologize and arrange to resolve the matter at hand.

Please can I get this matter resolved by end of business today.
