Vumatel service horrible
Vumatel is one of the ****tiest internet service provider. Every month our WiFi goes down and when I complain to my ibs provider they say it’s vumatel fault cause the ont is faulty . The ****** technician from vumatel doesn’t show up they come after a month. I’ve only got vumatel cable here so I can’t change to any other stuck with ****** useless people. Iclix and vumatel only charging customers can’t provide proper service when in need. Again this month it’s been two days since my internet is down and when contacted vumatel the technician was supposed to to come today but cancelled and sechdule for tomorrow. Let’s see for how long this ****ing vumatel will take to fix Ont

07 Dec 2024, 09:05 Vumatel is big ****ing ****s. They called yesterday stating that the technician will come the next day to fix the Ont. they didn’t show up yet. When I called customer care they telling me they can’t help me and cut the call.
