Vumatel ********** Service

I am appauled by the Service that i have received from Vodacom Fibre and Vumatel. I have been constantly reporting that my Fibre service is currently down. Have made numerous phone calls reporting that Fibre connections are currently being done around Umlazi but for the past month they have been giving me feedback that there ia civil unrest.

Umlazi G, Umlazi B on Bhekani Dlamini Drive they are installing Fibre yet it is difficult to come through and fix your infrastructure. Why are we being treated so unfairly. And to make thongs worse I got a response from *** that I will not be getting any re-imbur*****t from Vumatel for the past two debits they have taken from me. Despite my service being down since the 21st of January 2025. I was even advised to cancel my agreement with Vumatel. After reading another review I found out that they are solely operating the Umlazi infrastructure so they know we will come back pleading for help.

Vumatel if this is how you are going to treat your customers might aswell not bother to install your infrastructure in the townships as you are not giving us the service that we need.

I urge people to stick to their Routers and more reliable sources for internet.
