Vumatel service
Can someone from Vuma please assist. Last week we where out of internet for a week, the internet worked for 3days now it's off again we tried contacting several times no assistance and it's is due for payment now I can't pay service that is not working. We have been using Vumatel for years I can not be changing services. Please better your services

Please be advised that your first point of contact when you have an issue relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged. Kindly reach out to your ISP.
