Unacceptable service. My line has been inactive since 1st of August. No correspondence from this lot. They repeat the same ******* to you over and over again yet nothing is being sorted out. Incompetence of the highest level.

As simple as that!!! I have paid for a full month yet, clearly, I am not going to receive any service I paid for. How many other clients are going through the same. Paying for a service we don't have. Flippen pathetic as per Me!!?
