Vumatel Service

I am appaulled at the service received from Vumatel I have been waiting 3 weeks for a technician to come out my problem. I have made over 25 calls and all they can say is we will solve the problem my Cpe box has not worked from day 1 no one calls you back.what a bunch of incompatant staff and ***** don't dare ask for a manager they are never available.THE WORST DAMN SERVICE EVER THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN TO TASK DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
