Vumatel ****bags

Vumatel canceled my subscription without my knowledge the day after I made payment,I have been in contact with them for the past 3 weeks. I have sent them my proof of payment on the 30 may that shows I made payment on the 27 of May and on the 13 June when I asked for an update they told me my subscription has been canceled because of no payment and yet I send them my proof of payment. Vumatel is ******** South Africans from their hard earned money. Vumatel is total garbage and I hope people stay far away from them. They refuse to refund my money
