Vumatel ****!!!

Wow what a **** these guys are and they hire the most hopeless people on earth

I told them a week in advance need a line for work etc. The fri they book a guy to come at 11, guy shows up after 1, no calls,apologies nothing..Guy gives me his and vumatel word that all will be sorted in 3 hours max....4 days later, still nothing has been done...I have logs of it all but then i speak to Earnest( this guy is super rude and does not understand anything) he says i cant speak to a a manager and says i must wait 72 hours to speak to someone...

This is has been the worst and still no internet urge you to avoid vumatel they are the most stupid and unreliable company i have come across with 0 s****s or empathy
