VUMAtel saying that my problem is been resolved while I still don't have connection

I have Mweb Wi-Fi network but my router is from VUMAtel, I've been calling Mweb from Thursday the 4th reporting my problem they tell me that VUMAtel is canceling the ticket saying that the problem has been solve while I still don't have connection it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't got help
