Vumatel / SADV merge a nightmare. Vumatel the poorest FNO in Johannesburg

Since the merge of SADV and Vumatel in the Alberton area, the network performance has gone backwards the last month. For the past 4 nights, every evening from 7pm onwards I have a 3rd of my bandwidth and high packets loss, which makes all streaming buffer and online gaming impossible. I have logged tickets every night with MY ISP, but Vumatel does not even communicate the maintenance towards their own ISP customers. This has been affecting all community members in the Alberton Area.

The operational performance of Vumatel is poor, lacking any clear ownership or care towards its client base. And we don't have any other options thanks to this FNO monopolizing the area.

You cannot even complain directly to Vumatel as they hide behind the ISP, expecting them to take the brunt of the frustration from customers.

Dear Vumatel

The issue has been resolved by Sunday evening (Oct 25), I have positive feedback from users in the Alberton community. I discovered that I can use ***. I was unable to resolve this issue directly through my ISP, even though they stated they were escalating to Vumatel. But by including my ISP, SADV and Vumatel, the issue was finally resolved. Thank you kindly for responding to my HelloPeter review and email, it proves that you do care.
