VumaTel - SADV Lack of Service Delivery.
An Order was placed by CoolIdeas on 16 Jan 2021 on Vumatel - SADV - Order # 98099. The order is to configure the installed Fibre Line, as it is an already fitted line it should not take anything longer than 30 minutes to perform the task. With the number of configuration orders coming in it should take less than 30 min to perform the task as it should make the technician more proficient. We as CoolIdeas and I are still awaiting a response on the configuration. What pride must they have in their business and jobs by not taking responsibility in this faceless process as they can hide behind helpdesks. No wonder the service less culture is forced into the customers face and we must just take it. Well done VumaTel - should we be proud to have you as a partner in this arrangement.
I have received and installation confirmation for 11:00 - What a joke - the fibre is already installed. The confirmation was sent out at 10:48
It is now 11:27 and still nobody as arrived - this is clearly an admission of the truth at Vuamtel is not intending to arrive - it is just a joke for them, they are not planning to arrive at all, I have somebody waiting for the great arrival.

No wonder my complaint is already on page 4 of the Vumatel complains on Hello Peter.
When is the work that I paid for going to be done - or are you just *****ing peoples money and not doing the work as a real ***** will do.
