Vumatel /SADV is a ****

I placed an order on the 15th of July, i waited 3 weeks for installation, SADV / Vumatel people are not reliable at all, i will not recommend this fibre to anyone, on the 1st of August, i initiated on cancellation the order and opted for a refund because i have been waiting for installation and no one was helping me, even today, 30th August, i have not received my refund as yet. Vumatel / SADV does not take its customers very serious. Vumatel / SADV i want my full refund
