Vumatel / SADV disconnect

So I am a MWEB fibre customer through SADV. This company now forms part of Vumatel. Last Thursday my connection simply went off....and up to now all I can get from Vumatel's call center is "a technician has been assigned"...hopefully before this millennium ends.... one can only hope... Sad today is already Monday....
