I don't know if I should laugh or cry. paid for January service,router was installed 28 January till this day I haven't been connected. when you call they hang up . their watsapp line u wait for 3 hours to be attended with no help. been sent from post to piller.Today their call centre told me I am very lucky they installed some people paid 3months ago they haven't got the service ,basicaly I should be happy I have their router in my house. I can't work,can't assist my child with her school work,can't watch TV. I wonder why do we pay for service they know very well they won't offer. next time install and activate the we pay. this is bull sh***xt
