Vumatel &SADV connection Poor

Since the merge of Vumatel and SADV I have had ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH THEM , they don’t seem to fix any problems and don’t take customer complaints seriously , they open tickets and close them with out any follow up... my connection consistently drops and especially at night for long periods of time . It works well for two days / or a week then back to dropping .
