Vumatel SADV

I'm a Vumatel customer under ASDV I've been pleading for help since last week Tuesday from my ISP which is SADV they kept on telling that the ticket has been logged and the technician will come even today no one came instead they are telling me a lot of different stories while I'm unable to work due to this I went to Vumatel's facebook page and I've asked for help but still they are ignoring me all their Agents are very rude and easily get irritated
