I made payment now my service is not working showing authentication failed, i really need the connection for work purposes, So disappointed i have to go around working at peoples homes yet I paid for the service i hear it takes weeks for the assistance to come out what happens to the 399 i paid to be connected. My kids cant even do school work should i just cancel this service or what.
