This has been one of my biggest regrets, for start Vuma doesn't care about their clients/customers they only care when they get money. So what happened is that I paid for my fibre line and I've been communicating with ISP (Afrihost) till this day I don't have connection and seems like no one is helping me.
I'm very disappointed in so many way, and I hope they never treat others like this cause they just care about getting money

Please contact your ISP (internet service provider) to assist with your payment issue. We are an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), and our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure. We cannot assist with account-related queries.
