Vumatel Router password

Vumatel have been nothing but excellent but recently i have forgotten my router password and i cant seem to find anyone that can help me...my isp provider is Webafrica which is also excellent in service but they now tell me that i cant access my router as vuma blocked it.I control my kids usage and at times block them due to them having more concentration on school and studying.Please can Vuma call me to have my router password set up.
