VUMATEL - Risk for VODACOM Brand

We recently signed up via Vodacom and got VUMATEL to do the installation of the home fibre - till today nothing happened.

VUMATEL as a Service Provider is a big risk to the VODACOM Brand.

The technicians are very unprofessional - they make empty promises and do not keep to deadlines - they even look like they do not know what to do.

We subsequently cancelled the services with VODACOM and awaiting the full refund of R399.00
