Vumatel - rips off customers

Huge issues with the higher fibre prices across all ISPs who use vumatel infrastructure. Cannot understand how this anti-competitive behaviors and blatant consumer ******* can continue.

Surely the regulator needs to see this as anti-competitive? In addition to these inflated prices, the service is poor: areas with vumatel experience slower speed, more outages and no service from vumatel. at exorbitant prices. in a time when fibre is as essential as water due to the pandemic.

And consumers have no choice. we cannot move to another provider as vumatel is the only provider of infrastructure in many area.
