Vumatel Rip-Off installation

Line installed by Vumatel, however the installation was faulty as admitted by their technician when addressing the fault. An indoor connection was used outdoor and now faulty. Vumatel demands that we pay for them to fix their shoddy workmanship. Unacceptable. Ref 195296 Vumatel.
