Vumatel removed my residential adress after canceling and changing ISP
Ive logged a call more than a week ago to sign up with Cool Ideas as a ISP and cancelled my Vodacom ISP I already have a fibre connection and have had one for more than 6 years . Since canceling my Vodacom ISP Vumatel removed my adress and now the ISP cannot sign me up .. my residential adress has been removed ..
I work from home and have been down for more than 4 weeks
Please sort this out ASAP
