Vumatel refuse to resolve bandwidth issues

Technical staff do not know how to troubleshoot bandwidth issues. They only know how to ask questions out of a book, totally unrelated to the question. Managers also never phone you back. Tickets gets closed without resolutions. Staff are arrogant.
