Vumatel refund

I have been waiting for my refund from Vumatel since August 2026, and to date, I have received absolutely no feedback or communication regarding the matter. I have called numerous times requesting an update, yet I am still left waiting with no answers or indication of when my refund will be processed.

It is unacceptable that a customer has to repeatedly follow up for their own money and still receive no response. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is extremely disappointing.

I expected much better service from Vumatel. This experience has been frustrating and has left me completely dissatisfied as a customer. All I want is my refund and proper communication regarding when I can expect to receive it.

I would not recommend Vumatel based on my experience with their customer service and the way this refund matter has been handled.
