Vumatel reach worst fibre provider

Vumatel worst fibre provider. I've been having intermittent LOS issues. Teams were sent out for investigation and advised the fault was due to vandalism of the main box the Rd, they left and returned hours later and 'found" the fault with the cabling in my home. I didn't feel liable for the repairs as it was due the initial team who did installation that I had damages. At this point I had been with out connection for days, I paid when I received the invoice. A Tech was sent the next day and replaced cabling but it did not resolve the LOS issue. Vuma says fault is now with my Isp, Mweb. Mweb says fault is with Vuma.
