Vumatel problems

Possibly the worst service u have ever received in my life. I've been trying to get internet into my house for 3 weeks.. I get told I'll be contacted and then no one contacts me.. I email and get no response back. I phone they transfer me and then get put on hold and then they put down every time I call.. all I need is for someone to book a date for in house installation and it cant even be done.. I message on face book no response. I post in their wall it gets deleted.. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE HELP. I have a business that I havent been able to run for 3 weeks because of this terrible service.
