Vumatel price increase and bad service

Yesterday I received a message from Vumatel/SADV about the price increase. I've only been using Vuma for 3 months and chose it because of the price. I've been trying to get assistance from them but they just end the chat without even assisting when I ask about other options that are there. Increasing the price because of the high demand is absurd
