Vumatel price hike - Ridiculous

After having signed up with SADV approx 2 years ago ( A nightmare on its own to get the product installed) Vumatel has bought them out. Our service provider MWEB has just informed me that as of next month Vuma has decided to increase their prices by 50%. Are you Fu$#@#g serious ??? Seriously Vuma....... come on!!! 50%!!! Well, its simple . im under no obligation to stay with you ..... Adios! There are other options out there for cheaper. Wake up man!! Youve lost me as a customer....thats 100% of what your were getting from me. Im sure Im not the only one out here. Bunch of *****s!!
