Vumatel post sale service sucks

I requested an additional wall box to be installed at our complex over three months ago. I have tried various forms of communication including the CallCenter, email, direct communication with our area representative, escalations of emails to senior management et cetera yet my request has still not been addressed. In addition to the fact that they never fix the cheap plastic Manholes when requested I have had enough, however as they are now installed in our complex we have very little choice. I would never recommend Vumatel to anyone even though their branding and advertising looks impressive. There is a serious gaping hole of middle and senior management.
