Vumatel poor support service don't use them

Vuma fibre disconnected and poor support service from vuma. been asking for technical support for 2 weeks now with zero help, I work from home and rely on connection to be productive. But they kept referring to their whatsapp channel which is none responsive. Looking for a new fibre service provider in Forest Village, Cape Town.
