Vumatel poor support.

Having a big problem with Vumatel at the moment. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between the ISP (Afrihost) and Vumatel. Afrihost keep logging a fault on our fibre line and Vumatel just keep closing the tickets. Apparently it has now been escalated, Let's see if antything happens, Been a week now without internet. If you have a choice between Vuamatel and any other fibre just don't use them.
