Vumatel **** poor support
Vumatel is our infrastructure supplier for Fibre in Glenmarais. Internet went off Saturday afternoon early, still off and it's Monday night. They seem to blame DFA for changing settings, then it's faulty black boxes, then it's hardware.... Vumatel your incompetence is astounding. Very unfortunate we only have you to choose from. Get people on board who know what they are doing f f s.....

Up until yesterday afternoon 4:40PM your "technicians" couldn't find the fault with all sorts of B S stories ranging from faulty black boxes, DFA doing maintenance to the riots in Tembisa being the cause. Finally they "swopped" connections at the servers - YOUR servers by the way.... I can only describe the service as pathetic and disappointing.
We will petition to the highest level (court order if needs be) to have alternative suppliers install infrastructure and connect us with them.
