Vumatel POOR SHOW

Total frustration. You used to be able to contact Vumatel when there was a technical problem, now you can only call them and talk to them if you want to buy their product. Once you have their product it seems that you no longer matter. I was offline for a whole day last week and now this week I am at day 3 of ZERO service from Vumatel and ZERO FEEDBACK as to what the problem is or WHEN it is going to be resolved.
